In this group project, the brief was to design a 760sqm office space for the client, Instagram, in Sydney's Woolloomooloo. Our design draws inspiration from the works of Slim Aarons and George Byrne, imagining a playful yet productive work environment with a modern Palm Springs aesthetic.

The design features a warm, muted colour palette of pastel yellows and lush greens, as well as an upside-down arch motif, which is distinctive of the mid-century modern Palm Springs era. Moreover, the proposed design pushes boundaries to deliver a re-imagined office experience, one where employees are energised and stimulated in their day-to-day roles.
